It's that time! Join the HCDP community at our Annual Picnic & Concert Fundraiser! It wouldn't be the same without you. 

This year we are combining 2 events and will have Political Speakers with Musicians & Performers, and you can pre-order your box lunch prepared by Dandelion Cafe. Beverages provided with Potluck Desserts!
