Join Us for Our Wednesday, September 16 Luncheon

Join us on Wednesday, September 16 for a special program by Jeanne Casteen, M. Ed. Learn about Arizona's post-primary political landscape and what we can do to combat Christian nationalism in our own backyard and at every level of government.


Jeanne Casteen is a former English and Social Studies teacher, and was a school board member for eight years. She is currently Executive Director and Lobbyist for Secular Arizona, a nonpartisan nonprofit advocacy organization dedicated to protecting the constitutional separation of church and state in Arizona.


Secular Arizona educates lawmakers

and the public, tracks state legislation, and mobilizes supporters to advance freedom of conscience and evidence-based public policy for Arizonans of all faiths and none.another informational meeting with our candidates.  


The luncheon meeting is held at the Centennial Center. (989 Wineglass Dr, Prescott)


Registration for the luncheon is REQUIRED so we can get an accurate meal count to the Centennial Center.

REMINDER : Doors DO NOT open until 11:00 am. Program announcements begin at 11:30 with luncheon served around noon. Social time is from 1:30 to 2 pm.

Mixed Green Salad with Carrots, Tomatoes, Carrots with Butter Milk Ranch and Italian Dressing


Grilled Vegetable Pasta with a Light Lemon Butter Sauce topped with Parmesan


Chicken Caprese- Grilled Chicken with Tomatoes, Mozzarella Cheese and Balsamic Glaze


Stuffed Mini Portobello Mushrooms with Spinach, Roasted Tomatoes and Chic Peas


Desserts for Democracy include regular diet items, gluten-free and vegan options.


Raffle:

Raffle tickets sold at the luncheon cost $2.00/ticket, $5/3 tickets, $10/13 tickets. Proceeds go to the Scholarship and Political Action funds of DWPA.


Refund Policy: All tickets must be purchased through ActBlue or reservations for payment at the venue must be made by noon on the Friday prior to the lunch. Any cancellations of this month's Act Blue ticket purchase and request for refund must be done by noon on the Friday prior to the luncheon.


Unless a luncheon or event is cancelled by DWPA, all ticket purchases not cancelled by the above-deadline are non-refundable and non-transferable to a future luncheon or event. Tickets may be transferred to another person if the original purchaser cannot attend.
