Even though states across America have legalized cannabis, Sha’Carri Richardson’s case makes clear why we must eliminate the federal prohibition against cannabis.
Our team at the Marijuana Policy Project is lobbying Congress to pass the MORE Act, which would legalize cannabis at the federal level. Last year, the MORE Act easily passed the House, but it was never brought to a vote in the Senate. We can’t let that happen again.
