Protect Reproductive Freedom Champions from Bogus Ethics Complaint
On April 10, Arizona House Democratic Assistant Leader Oscar De Los Santos and Rep. Analise Ortiz held the line for reproductive freedom by calling out Republicans who blocked an effort to repeal an 1864 total ban on abortion. Now, anti-abortion extremists have retaliated against them by filing a meritless ethics complaint and stripping Assistant Leader De Los Santos of his committee assignments before a fair proceeding could even take place.
When De Los Santos and Ortiz said "shame on you", they spoke for all of us. We will not be silenced.
