Shannon Dare Wayne is a lifelong Michigander who has called Milan home for 22 years. Raised in a blue-collar union family, she learned early on the value of hard work, service, and standing up for others. She has served on the Milan City Council for over 4 years and currently serves as the Mayor Pro Tem. Shannon has also worked at Ford Motor Company for almost 30 years, building a career focused on problem-solving, efficiency, and accountability. She and her husband, Kevin, are proud to be raising their three children in the 31st District and remain deeply committed to the community they call home.
