Shared Roots Donor Alliance is an innovative new alliance connecting progressives with “Show Me State” roots like us, with folks who are working for social and political change back home. Shared Roots is how we are pooling our giving to go to effective organizations and campaigns throughout the state.
Groups in Missouri are doing extraordinary work and Shared Roots is helping them do even more. This year, Shared Roots invested in 7 organizations who helped get voters to the polls at near presidential election rates. Missouri voters went on to repeal Right to Work, Raise the Minimum wage, take money out of politics and make redistricting more fair - proving that Missouri is truly a purple state with the potential to be more progressive in years to come.
