Ann Erickson Gault is the Oakland County Commissioner for District 3, and represents Hazel Park, Madison Hieghts, and Troy. She is committed to work for better mental health outcomes for residents, increase access to affordable housing, improve public transit, and expand our County parks.
Aisha Farooqi is running to represent House District 57, which encompasses the west side of Sterling Heights, part of Troy - east of John R. - and a portion of Madison Heights (precinct 7). She is assistant prosecuting attorney in Wayne county and has spent her adult life as a public servant. She looks forward to solving constituents' problems and advocating for policies that improve the quality of life for the 57th district.
Rep. Sharon MacDonell (HD-56) and the Michigan House Democrats have passed historic legislation in just one year, including gun violence prevention, reproductive rights, the Elliott-Larson Civil Rights and repealing the retirement tax. Let's keep Sharon in Lansing so she can keep fighting for us! House District 56 includes all of Clawson, Troy west of John R. Rd, and parts of Royal Oak, Birmingham, and Bloomfield Township.
