Help Me Continue My Work
This session I sponsored bills to:
- Protect pollinator habitats along state highways (passed!)
- Reduce plastic waste
- Ban PFAS in pesticides
- Help small businesses deal with climate change
- Protect animals and humans by creating wildlife crossings to reduce auto collisions with animals on the highways
- Protect children from being arrested for behavior that should be handled with regular school discipline
- Create a commission to study state-based universal healthcare in Maryland
- Create a task force to study causes and solutions of the increase in aggressive & reckless driving (enacted by MVA without needing to pass the bill!)
- and more!
