For those who do not know me, welcome!
My family moved from Des Moines to Ankeny in 1978. I started 3rd grade at East Elementary. I graduated from Ankeny in 1988. I have four children. Three have graduated from Ankeny schools, and one is still in High School here.
I am also a Personal Trainer at Nick Jarosh Fitness in Ankeny, was Co-President of Terrace PTO 2010-2015, and am a board member of the Ankeny School Foundation.
In my job I motivate and hold people accountable to help them achieve their goals. I want to do the same thing for our Schools, Teachers, and Students. I am ready to take the politics out of our schools and get to work.
I believe in working hard and working together to achieve our goals as a community.
