Forsyth County is at a turning point. This is the district's first real choice in sixteen years. The incumbent has held the seat for four terms, long enough to be censured for ethics by his own colleagues while home prices doubled and developer-backed growth outran the roads, schools, and water to support it. Commissioners decide who that growth actually serves, and Forsyth is ready for one who reads the budget and answers to residents, not donors.
