Our community and families on 22nd Ave have worked tirelessly for over two years to make our vision of community-run safe and affordable housing a reality and we WON our buildings!

As we continue to contend with the crisis sparked by COVID-19, we see many opportunities as well as additional challenges while we walk the path to direct community ownership!
Planned costs to repair the decades of neglect have gone up, and many of our families are still out of work during the pandemic. We invite you to invest in the future of our community and our vision. Together we will take this model and lift this vision across the city of Minneapolis and the state of Minnesota!
