Your contribution will go directly to nominee funds to support the Democratic candidate in each race. After the primary election, these funds will be released to the official Democratic nominees, giving them a timely infusion of funding when they need it most: the start of their general election campaigns against Republican incumbents. A portion of your contribution will also go to Swing Left to support our efforts to organize in competitive states and swing districts all year long.

Contribution rules

  1. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  2. I am at least eighteen years old.
  3. I am not a federal contractor.
  4. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  5. Your contribution to a nominee fund will be held in escrow by ActBlue until a Democratic candidate is nominated in the congressional district for which you selected. Your contribution will be forwarded to the Democratic nominee within ten days of their nomination. In the unlikely event that no nominee is selected, your contribution will revert to ActBlue and will be considered as a contribution to ActBlue.
  6. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  7. I am not a registered Federal lobbyist.
  8. I am not a registered foreign agent.
  9. This contribution complies with the provisions of the Ethics in Government Act, O.C.G.A. Sec 21-5-30, et seq.
  10. I am not an employee of the Ohio public office for which the recipient of my contribution is a candidate.
  11. I am a United States citizen.
Contributions or gifts to Cooper for North Carolina are not tax deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions are limited to $5,000 per PAC for the general election and $3,500 per individual for the general election
