Canvassing Day Trip with Swing Left in Richmond, VA Sunday Nov. 3rd
Get on the Swing Left Bus!
It’s that time of year again - no - not Fall - Get Out The Vote time! And this year we’re turning out voters to win the two seats we need in the Virginia House of Delegates and two seats in the Virginia State Senate to turn Virginia Blue. We’re loading up a bus of Democracy lovers on Sunday November 3rd to head from DC down to the Richmond area to knock doors for candidates in key state Legislative districts.
Tickets are just $10 dollars (or $5 dollars for students with a valid student ID) and cover your bus ride to and from Washington, DC.
Our buses are clean, comfortable, and will be full of other like-minded activists ready to engage in the rewarding work of taking back our Democracy. Additionally, each bus will have two Bus Captains to make sure you have everything you need to be successful for a day of door-knocking.
This day trip is roughly 100 miles each way, leaving in the morning, and coming back in the evening. When you buy your ticket please know that this is a full day commitment. We can’t wait to see you on the Swing Left Bus!
