My name is Sly Chou, and I’m running to represent District 9 on the Green Bay City Council.
I am an artist, a small-business manager, and a longtime advocate for survivors, mental health awareness, and working-class families navigating complex systems.
That work has taught me how city decisions actually land; how budgets, contracts, zoning choices, and enforcement policies affect real people in our city.
Rising property taxes, lack of affordable housing, neighborhood safety, and food insecurity don’t get solved with buzzwords or backroom politics. They get solved with honesty, transparency, and leaders who are willing to ask the hard-hitting questions.
I would be honored to earn your trust and your vote, and to bring a voice to City Council that reflects the creativity, resilience, and heart of our community.
