SMC AAPI Alliance Diwali Celebration

Thank you so much for your interest in joining the SMC AAPI Alliance’s 2023 Diwali Celebration! This is our most exciting event of the year where dozens of leaders across the county will come together to celebrate Diwali and our South Asian community—all over plentiful plates of Indian food.


The San Mateo County AAPI Alliance is a grassroots organization to mobilize our collective Asian American and Pacific islander communities, educate the public about AAPI issues, advocate for transformative solutions, and cultivate + support AAPI leaders to make change in their respective communities.


The event will be held at the Foster City Community Center, 1000 E Hillsdale Blvd on Friday, November 3 at 6:00pm.

We will be honoring Harini Krishnan, San Mateo County resident and prominent activist within our South Asian community.
