100% of your donation will help people detained at Alligator Alcatraz get access to legal representation before they are sent away. Every single hour matters. Can you chip in now? Please.

Alligator Alcatraz is closing. But the hundreds of people detained in this awful facility aren't being freed. They are being scattered to facilities across the country or deported. They are being separated from their families and cut off from advocates. With each passing hour, they are becoming harder to reach and harder to help.

The Workers Circle is partnering with expert immigration attorneys organized by Sanctuary of the South to give every unrepresented person detained in Alligator Alcatraz sound legal advice and an opportunity for legal representation to protect against disappearances and unlawful deportations.

Lawyers have already consulted with 45 men and filed habeas petitions for many qualified people. We are moving at breakneck speed. We can get people free if we can reach them in time.

But we have to be honest with you: We are falling short of our goal, every hour matters, and we need your support NOW, before more people are sent away and lost in the system.

Every dollar we raise helps a detainee get their case reviewed. Every dollar you give will make a real difference to a real person. Your donation will help people detained by Donald Trump get legal support toward a viable path to freedom.

We must fund representation BEFORE people are transferred away from Alligator Alcatraz. Every hour matters. Will you rush a meaningful contribution right now? 100% of your contribution will be allocated to accessing legal representation for people detained in Alligator Alcatraz.

If you've been meaning to fight back against the Trump administration's deportation and detention machine, this is the moment to step up.
