Contributions by Berkeley residents are matched 6-to-1 by the City through our Public Financing Program. To have your contribution matched:
- Complete your donation through this portal
- Fill out this form (linked below as well). The “Committee Information” and “Candidate Information” sections are pre-filled and the “Online Payment” box is pre-checked. (Please don't worry about the section at the bottom where it asks for a Receipt - "Committee Use Only" - that's for us to complete.)
- Sign it - your signature must be hand-drawn; you can either print out the form and sign with ink or draw it digitally using a touch screen or mouse, but it cannot be typed out or stamped.
- Email a copy to soliforberkeley@gmail.com. If you printed out the form, you don’t need to scan it; a photo is fine.
