Its business model of surveillance, exploitation, and union-busting threatens to undermine hard-won labor rights across industries. If Amazon succeeds in crushing worker power, it will embolden other corporations to follow suit. Amazon’s deep pockets and union-busting tactics create an uphill battle for workers organizing on the shop floor. Despite these obstacles, we’ve made historic progress—but to build to a supermajority at JFK8 and expand to other warehouses, we need resources and support.
