Sonia Eaddy is dedicated to being a voice for the people of the 9th District on the Baltimore City Council. With your support, she will work tirelessly to advance her platform, realize her vision for the district, and prioritize the needs and concerns of every resident. Here are a few of Sonia's Accomplishments:


  • Since 2004 she's advocated for fair housing rights for homeowners and residents of public housing facing eminent domain displacement
  • Since 2018, she's lead the push to resurrect the Poppleton Recreation Center (opening Summer 2024)
  • Participated in committee for Inclusionary Housing Bill
  • Her leadership continues, by collaborating with Baltimore City agencies to develop and recognize the Poppleton Community Vision Plan and the Southwest Partnership Vision Plan; empowering resident voices and desires for community-led development.
