Michael Sonnleitner PCC Zone 3 Fundraising

"Neither Michael Sonnleitner, nor anyone officially associated with the Sonnleitner for Zone 3 PCC campaign, will request a donation of more than $50 from any person in any calendar year. This reflects the view that individual donations should remain small enough for an Oregon resident to claim it as a Tax Credit on the Oregon Income Tax Form. To the extent that option is taken, the Sonnleitner Campaign, in essence, will be publicly funded. This request limit of $50/person in 2014 + another $50/person in 2015 = a total of $100 per individual donor (or $200 per married couple filing jointly), is in relation to the election set for May of 2015. Donations that exceed these limits will be accepted with gratitude as unsolicited gifts, unless Michael decides to return them due to his being uncomfortable with the excessive generosity or the nature of the source itself. Contributions from corporations will not be solicited. Contributions from labor unions (which, by their nature, are comprised of many individuals associated with one another) shall NOT be subject to any donation limitations."
