Stand with the South, Help Confront the Confederacy

What we saw this past week at the Tennessee legislature was a klan rally with suits, where a white Republican supermajority abused their power to dilute the voting power of Black people across the state. 

But it doesn’t stop there. Right now across the South, Republicans are waging war against Black voters. 

Tennessee may be the FIRST state to racially rig their maps, but they won’t be the last. Already Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and South Carolina are moving to eliminate their Black majority districts and silence Black representation across the South. 

Republicans want us to abandon the South and give up. They think that people will move on and abandon the decades of progress that have been fought for from the enslavement to the Civil Rights Movement to today.

WE CAN PROVE THEM WRONG!

Help us build a multiracial movement to reclaim the South and build lasting solidarity. Tennessee is the tip of the spear, and if we can defeat their white supremacist agenda there, we can defeat it across the country.

Now is the time to invest in the South if we are going to save the nation. Because together we can build a South that will not rise again, but instead will RISE ANEW.
