Pledge to the PRIZE for the competition to end SuperPACs
UPDATE: We did it! We hit the $50,000 goal required to launch the video competition! Thank you all so much for donating to this critical campaign. We are still collecting money to grow the prize, so we might offer more than one prize, or an even greater first-place prize.
Since 2010, lawyers in America have assumed that SuperPACs are required by the First Amendment. This is clearly false.
We need to change the minds of the lawyers as soon as possible.
We are therefore raising money for a video competition. The competition will ask Americans across the country to make our anti-SuperPAC argument in the most creative and effective way possible.
The winner of the competition will receive, at minimum, a $50,000 prize.
We are only going to launch the video competition is we can crowdsource $50,000. If we raise more than $50,000, we will increase the prize or multiply the number of people receiving a prize.
We are setting the deadline of July 7th to raise the funds.
