In 1776, 56 Americans signed the Declaration of Independence. With their signatures, they created a new nation and launched an extraordinary experiment in self-government.
That experiment became the United States of America.
Now, 250 years later, democracy faces new challenges.
Across the country, states are at risk of becoming locked into one-party rule through gerrymandering. In Indiana, the Republican supermajority has controlled the Statehouse for nearly two decades.
When one party holds overwhelming power, too many voices go unheard.
But together, we can change that.
We can bring more balance to the Indiana General Assembly.
Democrats need to flip just four seats in the Indiana House to break the Republican supermajority.
District 62 is one of the best opportunities to make it happen.
In the spirit of 1776, I'm asking you to consider a recurring donation of $17.76 for four months, until election day, or a one-time gift of $177.60, or any amount.
Will you stand up for democracy?
Will you help ensure every Hoosier has a voice at the Statehouse?
Every contribution — large or small — helps fund the tools it takes to win: voter outreach, postcards, yard signs, digital ads, and the final Get Out the Vote (GOTV) efforts in the fall.
