Air Filters for East Palestine

Donate today to help Sunrise Movement, Clean Air Council and East Palestine partners, like River Valley Organizing, help the residents of East Palestine in the aftermath of the horrific train derailment. On February 3rd, 2023, a train carrying tons of hazardous chemicals including Vinyl Chloride derailed in East Palestine. Residents are still experiencing rashes, headaches, trouble breathing and many other symptoms. Those who would like to relocate often can't for financial reasons.

We may not be able to solve this crisis right away, but we can do our part by advancing this campaign! We're working to make sure every family affected by the devastating East Palestine Train Derailment, in both Ohio and Pennsylvania can receive Home Air Filtration Systems to protect them from toxic pollutants in the air. The Proper Air Filters for the pollutants cost $550 a piece. Can you help the people of East Palestine breathe easy?

The derailment in East Palestine is just another example of how the collusion of politicians and industry hurts our communities. Its time for us to build a new future away from fossil fuels and industrial pollutants that put us on a train to extinction. Let's take the first step towards a Green New Deal to stop the Climate Crisis, rebuild and revitalize our communities and create millions of new, good-paying union jobs in the process, as well as guaranteeing a just transition for fossil fuel workers and frontline communities. Join us in building a healthy, greener future for all!
