Social Security Works is a core partner of No Kings. In the past, we've paid for bulletproof glass, portapotties, and more. This time, we're paying for a "pool feed," which will make sure that high-quality footage—including of Bruce Springsteen at the No Kings anchor event in Minnesota—is available to "The Rachel Maddow Show," as well as to local news around the country.
This is expensive tech, but it's important. Having a broadcast-quality video feed and a standard livestream setup makes it harder for TV news channels to ignore our movement.
