States have sovereign powers - learn how they exercise them.

Residents of states decide how their state will run elections, not the federal government.  

And states have other powers.  States can hold federal agents accountable for violations of our laws. These rights are guaranteed to states by the U.S. Constitution, and no executive order can take them away.
