State Convention 2026

Join us this May 1st-2nd at Thompson's Point in Portland for our biennial State Convention!

This energizing weekend brings together Delegates, party leaders, and Democrats from around the state to:

• Hear from dynamic speakers shaping the future of our movement.
• Build community at receptions, shared meals, and networking events.
• Officially certify charter changes, platform amendments, and the next Democratic State Committee that will guide our party’s direction in the years ahead.

This Year, we’re expanding the experience with more opportunities to connect and collaborate, including:

• New interactive workshops.
• Welcome lunches to kick off the weekend.
• A celebratory Victory Banquet featuring Gov. Tim Walz, hosted at the Holiday Inn By The Bay in downtown Portland.

Whether you’re a long-time Delegate or attending your first convention, this is your opportunity to engage, organize, and celebrate alongside other Maine Democrats.

Please note that Early Bird pricing and bundle options will end on April 10. Be sure to secure your tickets before then to take advantage of the discounted rates. After April 10, prices will increase for the final three weeks leading up to the event.
