This list includes critical leaders in swing states in 2022. Below is the list of candidates included on the slate, along with their office, state, incumbency, race rating (if available), and campaign giving limit. You can click "customize amounts" to tailor the amount you would like to contribute to specific campaigns on this slate.
If you are looking to prioritize your giving, the candidates in bold are the races there I think money is most needed and will be most impactful at this point in the cycle.
Details on recommendations are at gretchen.substack.com.
Governors
- Tony Evers (WI, Incumbent, Toss-Up, $20,000)
- Katie Hobbs (AZ, Open, Toss-Up, $5300)
- Laura Kelly (KS, Incumbent, Toss-Up, $2000)
- Michelle Lujan Grisham (NM, Incumbent, Leans D, $10,000)
- Tina Kotek (OR, Open Seat, Toss-Up, unlimited)
- Stacey Abrams (GA, Challenger, Leans R, $7600)
I am watching polling in the Texas gubernatorial race, and will add if I believe it will be truly competitive and worth funding. I have removed Josh Shapiro (PA), Gretchen Whitmer (MI), and Steve Sisolak (NV) from the slate, because I believe they are saturated for funding at the moment, and that your resources are best allotted elsewhere.
Secretaries of State
- Jocelyn Benson (MI, Incumbent, $7150)
- Bee Nguyen (GA, Challenger, $7600)
- Cisco Aguilar (NV, Open Seat, $5000)
- Jena Griswold (CO, Incumbent, $1250)
- Maggie Toulouse Oliver (NM, Incumbent)
- Adrian Fontes (AZ, Open Seat, $5300)
Attorneys General
- Dana Nessel (MI, Incumbent, $7150)
- Josh Kaul (WI, Incumbent, $20,000)
- Aaron Ford (NV, Incumbent, $5000)
- Jen Jordan (GA, Challenger, $7600)
