The District 3 City Council race is currently tied! Adam led by two votes on election day, but two questionable ballots were credited to Adam’s opponent during the recount. We are asking a judge to review the two ballots in question to ensure that the intent of these voters is upheld, but we are also preparing for a special election if the court challenge fails. As of right now, that special election is scheduled for December 28.
