Step Up: Donate to Elect Jessica Owens to VB School Board

Jessica Owens has been serving on the VB School Board on a temporary basis since May of this year, when she was appointed by the Board to fill a vacancy. Jessica has a long background in child welfare advocacy, having worked for 10 years with the VB Department of Human Services performing child protective and foster care work, and for some years before that working against child abuse. She was appointed because of her total commitment to helping children of all backgrounds, and ensuring that all kids have what they need to thrive.
