Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my campaign and my vision for our community. As a twice-exceptional, first-generation Taiwanese immigrant’s multicultural son, lifelong Warm Springs resident, and a proud product of Fremont’s schools, I am deeply connected to our city. My educational journey—from Weibel Elementary to UC Berkeley and UCLA—combined with my background in entrepreneurship and engineering, equips me with a unique perspective and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
My mission is clear: I’m committed to enhancing the quality of life for all Fremont residents. I am ready and eager to work alongside our next City Council to address the issues that matter most to us.
Here are my top priorities:
- Public Safety: I will collaborate with first responders and community organizations to ensure our neighborhoods remain safe for all residents.
- Homelessness: I will work to ensure the City implements Fremont's first Homelessness Response Plan that prioritizes resources to prevent homelessness, increases housing solutions, and improves health and safety conditions.
- Sustainable Growth: I believe in promoting responsible development that respects our environment, provides affordable housing, and boosts local businesses.
- Infrastructure Improvement: I will advocate for investments in roads, public transit, and essential services that improve daily life, support green economic growth, and attract more high-paying jobs to Fremont.
- Community Engagement: I am committed to encouraging open communication, transparency, and active participation in local government to ensure everyone’s voice is heard and respected.
Unlike many, I refuse to accept developer contributions, so I can focus solely on representing your interests, not those of special interests.
