Attorney General Kris Mayes is a remarkable defender of the Arizona and U.S. Constitutions and of the rule of law. In addition to her steadfast work on statewide issues, her national leadership among state attorneys general in challenging Donald Trump’s lawless presidential directives—from his attempted elimination of birthright citizenship to his illegal impoundment of HHS public health funds—has brought distinction to her office and to her personally.
