We have some exciting news to share about this year’s Manchester City Democrats’ annual Saint Patrick’s Day Breakfast.

We are thrilled to announce that U.S. Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona will be joining us as a special guest on Sunday, March 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Rex Theatre.

Senator Kelly brings an extraordinary record of service to the breakfast. Before being elected to the United States Senate in 2020, he served as a U.S. Navy combat pilot flying 39 combat missions during Operation Desert Storm. He later became a NASA astronaut, flying four space shuttle missions and spending more than 50 days in space. In the Senate, Kelly has been a strong voice on national security, economic growth, veterans’ issues, and bipartisan problem solving.

Senator Kelly will join us as we recognize Senator Donna Soucy, a tireless advocate for Manchester and the Granite State whose years of public service have earned deep respect and, for one morning, a well-deserved turn in the hot seat during our annual breakfast roast.
