Strong Circle Leadership PAC

Before politics, State Rep. Matt Wilhelm began his path in public service as an AmeriCorps team leader with City Year NH, working to unite and support young Americans from diverse backgrounds for an challenging year of full-time service in high-need and under-resourced public schools. He learned how to bring people together, establish a shared culture, solve problems, and deliver results.

At City Year, a "strong circle" is a leadership tool used to facilitate inclusion. When meeting as a group, team members come together and face each other, shoulder-to-shoulder, so that no one is inside the circle and no one is outside. Teammates look out for one another to make sure everyone can hear and see and be active members of the group.

Recently, Matt filed paperwork with the NH Secretary of State to become a declared candidate for House Speaker. He established Strong Circle PAC to finish the mission he started as chair of the NH House Democratic Victory Committee (DVCC), which is responsible for recruiting, supporting, and electing 201+ Democratic candidates to the State House -- and flipping the chamber from red-to-blue.
