SuAnn is a proud lifelong Nebraskan and Sarpy County resident. She has worked extensively in education her entire career, getting her start in Omaha Public Schools, then the Nebraska Department of Education, before eventually retiring. SuAnn was elected to the Papillion-La Vista Public Schools Board in 2018, and served as President in 2025. She has been a strong advocate for our public schools, expanding opportunity for students, and has voted to lower the property tax levy all eight years. SuAnn is running to continue her service to our community and bring her record of public service and her skills in education, broadband, technology, and financial management to the Legislature on Day 1.
