Campaign Staff Training Summer Camp!

Whether you're running a campaign for the first time, or several cycles in, join us at the Staff Summer Camp in Austin from Monday, June 24th - Wednesday, June 26th! The Texas Training Table will bring together state and national campaign experts to take deep dives into Data, Field, Comms, Fundraising, and Operations. You'll walk away with developed hard skills, connections to state and national experts, meeting fellow 2024 campaigners, and increased confidence. We'll also incorporate some fun and relaxation to give you some self-care time before the push to November!


Breakfast and Lunch will be provided daily, Dinner on Mon, June 24th will also be provided.


Mon, June 24: 10AM - 5PM CT

Registration: 10AM - 11AM

Lunch: 11AM - 12PM

Data Training: 12PM - 5PM

  • Identify Texas voting trends. Learn how to predict trends and build a win number. Create a field plan for 2024 and beyond.

Dinner: 6PM - 8PM

  • Dinner & mixer with other campaign experts

Tues, June 25: 8:30AM - 6PM

Breakfast: 8:30AM - 9 AM

Advanced Field Strategies Training: 9AM - 11AM

  • Build your field organizing skills with us! Learn different methods for contacting voters, volunteer recruitment and management, common tools used in Texas, and practice block walking conversations. 

Lunch: 11AM - 12PM

Fundraising Training: 12PM - 2PM

  • Build your fundraising skills with us! Learn different fundraising methods, how to file financial compliance information, how to build your contact database, and best practices for call-time.

Campaign Communication Strategies: 2PM - 5PM

  • How to build a 2024 campaign narrative with Progressive messaging, tips on digital marketing strategies.

Wed, June 26: 8:30AM - 2PM

Breakfast: 8:30AM - 9 AM

Campaign Operations Panel: 9AM - 11AM

  • Learn from former campaign managers on how to "manage up" with your candidate, project management tips, and lessons learned on the trail so far.

Lunch: 11AM - 12PM

Closing: 12PM - 2PM

  • Debrief & Send Off!
