  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Paid for by Green for Governor. Hendrell Remus, Treasurer. Checks should be made payable to Green For Governor & mailed to Green For Governor, POB 40049, Memphis, TN 38174. The maximum donation is $5,300 per individual, $10,600 per couple, $15,400 per PAC. Please provide occupation and employer information for individual donations greater than $100.
