Black Staffer University: Support Black Staffers on Delaware Campaigns
The Black Staffer University (BSU) is a training program specifically for aspiring Black politicos and campaign team members hosted by the Delaware Working Family Party. This program is for those wishing to get a thorough overview of what it’s like to work on a political campaign with the goal of diversifying paid campaign staff throughout the state.
Our goals are to:
- Increase the number of Black Staffers on progressive campaigns throughout the state of Delaware
- Make sure Black staffers are being compensated for the work performed
- Create a network of ongoing support for Black Staffers
