Showing Up for Racial Justice

Keep Every Neighbor Safe: SURJ and Solidarity Organizing Initiative Joint Fundraiser

SURJ’s strategy in action: we organize in majority-white communities in deep solidarity with communities of color to grow the political base of support for racial and economic justice.

We know that the right works hard to keep white people separated from movements for justice. SURJ’s organizing focuses on bringing more white people into multi-racial campaigns and movements for justice.

And SURJ proudly stands with the Solidarity Organizing Initiative, who are working to build a decentralized infrastructure for civic participation and community that will catalyze sustainable, coordinated, visible, and replicable acts of principled resistance to authoritarianism and abuse of immigrant families, and bring people into long-term organizing formations.

We know that real change takes all of us. As we gear up for the fights ahead, from stopping attacks on immigrants and workers to bringing more white folks into movements for racial justice: Will you help power this movement forward with a donation today?

Our work together paired with your donation, helps put organizers on the ground, moves hundreds of thousands of people into action, and creates the wins we need for the just world we’re moving toward.
