Tiffany Stoner is a small business owner, military spouse, and 26-year Indiana resident running for the state House in District 25. Tiffany holds a master’s degree from Ball State University, and spent 17 years as a network architect and senior program manager at Accenture before cofounding Nathaniel Edmunds Photography, an international award-winning commercial photography business. She is married to a colonel and combat veteran in the Army National Guard, and together they have spent more than two decades building lives and careers in the community Tiffany hopes to represent.
Tiffany previously ran for District 25 in 2024, losing by just 64 votes—the closest legislative race in the country that year. She is running again because she believes her career built on research, collaboration, and getting things done has prepared her to fight for the families of Boone and Hendricks counties.
WHY THIS RACE
In 2024, Indiana House District 25 was the closest legislative race in the entire country—Tiffany lost by just 64 votes. HD-25 is exactly the kind of seat Democrats need to break the Republican supermajority in the Indiana House. Tiffany came within a razor’s edge just two years ago, and now she’s back to finish the job.
WHY INDIANA IS IMPORTANT
Republicans currently hold a supermajority in the Indiana House, giving them unchecked power to pass their most extreme priorities. But by flipping just four seats, Democrats could break that supermajority in the House—forcing real negotiation, creating genuine accountability, and putting a hard stop on legislation that leaves the state behind on reproductive rights, public education, and affordable health care.
