Re-Elect Judge Adam M. Swartz, Justice of the Peace, Pct.3, Pl. 1

We're building a re-election campaign rooted in community values, innovation, and equity —and we need YOUR support!

Judge Adam M. Swartz was first elected by North Dallas voters in 2022, flipping the bench Blue for the first time in 28 years, and restoring dignity and integrity to the courtroom. Judge Swartz has become widely known for his active listening, and delivering fair, efficient, and accessible justice to all citizens in North Dallas.

In the last 3 years, Judge Swartz has delivered on campaign promises to streamline the court and implement modern reforms by launching electronic filing, authoring and publishing new pro se forms, expanding available community resources, and starting the Court's first-ever recurring Mediation Docket.

Judge Swartz has adjudicated over 60,000 cases, and performed more than 2,500 weddings!

Judge Swartz was trusted and elected by his peers to serve as Co-Administrative Judge for the Dallas County Justices of the Peace, has drafted Local Rules that are now being reviewed for approval by all 9 other Justices of the Peace, and fought against an unconstitutional executive branch overreach that aimed to wrest major controls over the Court away from the Judges.

With a proven track record of integrity, professionalism, and innovation in the courtroom, Judge Swartz is working every day to ensure that your Justice Court remains a place where everyone is heard and treated with dignity.
