In the end, we will no longer pay rent for our national headquarters. Rent for this quality of space would cost $150,000 a year, meaning in four years that initial $600,000 investment will have paid off. Plus, the value of the property will climb with this redesign and People’s Action will own a property worth at least $2.5 million dollars, providing the organization with a long term sustainable investment that will protect the organization through thick and thin.
