In 2018, Democrats took back the House, in large part because of California congressional districts that flipped from red to blue. These districts are key to protecting the Democratic majority in Congress this November.
We’re focused on winning seven competitive U.S. House races in California: CA-09, CA-13, CA-22, CA-27, CA-40, CA-45, CA-47, and CA-49.

Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
This form includes one or more Swing Left District Funds for offices that are in competitive districts or are currently held by Republican incumbents. Contributions to a Swing Left District Fund will be sent to the Democratic nominee for the designated office after the primary (or runoff, if applicable) election in each district, and within ten days of the Democratic nominee being declared. Contributions to a Swing Left District Fund will count towards your general election contribution limit (currently $2,900) to the respective candidate. In the event there is no Democratic nominee for a designated office, the donated funds will go to Swing Left.
