Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions or gifts to Adam Gray for Congress are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. The Committee may accept contributions of up to $3,300 for the general election from individuals and non-multi-candidate PACs, and $5,000 for the general election from federal multi candidate PACs. The Committee may not accept contributions from corporations, labor, national banks, federal government contractors and foreign nationals who lack permanent resident status. Contributions must be made from the donor’s own funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person.
