Contribution rules
- This contribution complies with the provisions of the Ethics in Government Act, O.C.G.A. Sec 21-5-30, et seq.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Contributions to Abrams for Governor are not tax deductible. Abrams for Governor can accept up to $7,600 for the primary election, $7,600 for the general election and $4,500 for the potential general run-off election for a total of $19,700. Georgia law requires us to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $100 per election cycle.
Abrams for Governor can accept contributions from U.S. citizens or lawfully admitted permanent residents (i.e. green card holders), corporations, and PACs.
