Under Colorado campaign finance law, state political committees may accept contributions of up to $725 per election cycle from individuals, corporate entities, labor union general treasuries, small donor committees, candidate committees, state political committees, Federal PACs, and any other business entity. Contributions from independent expenditure committees, issue committees, non-U.S. citizens, foreign corporations, and foreign governments are prohibited. Contributions from 501(c) non-profit entities are not accepted.
