Born in Macon, Georgia, she has deep roots in the community and a passion for empowering others. With degrees from Georgia College, Fort Valley State University, Mercer University, and Georgia State University, Tangie spent three decades teaching and inspiring future leaders. She recently authored a children's book and is committed to revitalizing neighborhoods and fostering a safer, more prosperous community as the candidate for Georgia House District 145.
