Rouse For DA

Over the past six years Delaware County has become a national model for how to reduce violent crime while also making meaningful reforms to the criminal justice system. From our Focused Deterrence efforts in Chester, to our complete overhaul of the Special Victims Unit, to the creation of a pace-setting Diversion Unit, our office has been on the very forefront of ingenuity in the criminal justice system. 


I'm running to keep pushing these changes forward and to make sure that Delaware County's District Attorney Office remains the statewide leader in how to be smart on crime.
