19th Annual Taste of the 25th Ward

Paid for by 25th Ward Regular Democratic Organization. A copy of our report filed with the State Board of Elections will be available on the Board's official website (www.elections.il.gov) or for purchase from the State Board of Elections, Springfield, Illinois. Contributions are not tax deductable for federal income tax purposes. State law required us to use out best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer for individuals for all contributions.


 

Contribution rules

  1. I am at least eighteen years old.
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
