Our TBC Paid Source initiative allows our community members to get real, hands-on experience by building community driven projects. This allows every member of any skill level to cultivate marketable skills to land their next job.

• Every $100 we raise ensures we can pay one industry expert to run a workshop
• Every $1,000 we raise helps cover 10 hours of content creation for our bootcamp
